Boil rosemary with garlic before bed – It works wonders!

Hello and welcome to a new video from the Casa Verde channel!

How are you? When you think of an infusion to drink in the evening, what’s the first that comes to mind? For me, it’s the one you’re going to discover today. And it’s not so much for its taste, which is unique, but for its extraordinary benefits!

With this infusion, you can take care of your joints, reduce inflammation, and strengthen them. It will also help boost your natural defenses, protect your heart, liver, eyes, and much more!

Why consume garlic before sleeping?

Since ancient times, garlic has been considered a valuable ally for health, especially heart health. It contains a compound called allicin , which may reduce the risk of heart attack. Several studies have shown that eating garlic helps limit the effects of arteriosclerosis , a condition that causes hardening of the arteries.

But the benefits of garlic aren’t limited to the cardiovascular system. It’s also effective in treating high blood pressure . It helps lower blood pressure and prevents other complications that could worsen over time.

Garlic is also known to reduce total cholesterol , especially triglycerides , and to prevent the clumping of blood platelets. It thus promotes better blood circulation and helps maintain healthy blood vessels.

However, allicin, this powerful compound, is only released when garlic is crushed or finely chopped . Therefore, for this infusion, it is essential to crush the garlic cloves thoroughly before using them.

The anti-inflammatory benefits of garlic

Garlic has antibacterial and antifungal properties that help fight various infections, whether skin or intestinal.

It is also a powerful natural anti-inflammatory , ideal for reducing joint and muscle pain. It stimulates the immune system and helps fight various ailments.

Finally, garlic plays a role in regulating blood sugar levels by increasing insulin sensitivity, thus facilitating glucose absorption.

Why add rosemary?

Rosemary is often used as a spice, but it’s also a medicinal herb with multiple benefits. It’s particularly effective at relieving arthritis symptoms because it contains ursolic acid , a powerful anti-inflammatory that fights joint infections.

This plant also promotes blood circulation , which helps prevent hair loss and improves cell oxygenation.

Rosemary is very rich in iron , making it a good natural remedy for anemia. It also contains caryophyllene , an antioxidant that reduces inflammation in the nervous system and prevents premature aging.

In addition, it is diuretic , thus helping to eliminate toxins accumulated in the body.

How to prepare this infusion?

You will need:

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1.5 tablespoons of fresh rosemary (or dried, in equal quantity)
  • 250 ml of water
